• Rasheed El-Moslimany is a builder, strategist, and hands-on data leader. As Chief of Data Analytics at Parkview Health, he led a 50-person team to establish governed core datasets, stand up an analytics PMO, and deliver self-service at scale. He launched DataCamp for 16,000 coworkers, raised team eNPS from 20 to 65, and advanced 20+ teammates through clear leveling. 

• Previously at Amazon/AWS, Boeing, and Virginia Mason Medical, Rasheed blended capacity planning, large-scale data architecture, and operational analytics across tech, aerospace, and healthcare. 

• A Navy veteran and inclusive mentor, he’s known for buidling mechanisms for ruthless prioritization, execution discipline, and cultures that grow people as they grow performance.
